As you take action and implement / create your Personal Project, ensure you keep two words at the forefront of your mind: Visible Thinking. All your thinking, problem solving, project work...EVERYTHING for your Personal Project must be documented in your Process Journal. A question to keep in the forefront of your mind is, how am I making my thinking visible?
